I had to have an appointment with the nurse (Mandy) for a B12 injection the appointment only took a few minutes and I was seen a little earlier than my appointment time and everything went perfectly so there was nothing that could be done differently.

Thank you for your feedback, we are constantly looking at ways of improving access to our patients, at a challenging time for the NHS in general and for Primary Care in particular.

I got seen by the nurse within 30 mins which was good, but could not get a doctors appointment, also last time I saw a doctor about my foot I was told I would have to go private and pay for treatment, I work full time so pay national insurance which should cover that but apparently not, I suppose this is one way of reducing the waiting list for appointments, but I do think it is deplorable that I was treated like that and means the nhs does not work.

Thank you for your feedback. With the ever-increasing demands on our services, it is simply not possible or, indeed, appropriate for all our patients to see a GP, particularly for urgent problems. All of our Nurse Pracitioners and Paramedic Practitioners are fully clinically trained and supported by an on-site duty doctor if they need any assistance whatsoever.

As I've said before I find the receptionists very rude, they have no manners what so ever. They are the ones bringing the surgery down to very low standards. Please feel free to publish this with my name as many will agree with me.

Careless doctors.
Had to go back 4 times with severe nerve pain. First prescribed me strong antibiotics. Taking their time to refer to any scan or physio. 5th week and i am still suffering.
Disgraceful.
Cant even provide me a proper sick note with accurate dates.

Had some blood tests done, asked if the results are ready. Told by receptionist that a few are showing abnormal. Ask for appointment, told none available, told to ring week beginning 7th of August. Appalling service, wasn't even given a telephone review.

I find the Dr's and nurses are really good and have no problem with them. The issue I and my family have is trying to get an app, we use text relay as we are all deaf, every time we try to get apps your receptionists hang up, this has happened on numerous occasions, I cannot get any help when I go into surgery to complain. As you can imagine this is very stressful..

In the recent years, it’s become increasingly difficult to get to see a doctor. The booking process for urgent appointments via triage now involves a recorded message, and more of then then not, being cut off as the lines are too busy.

Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand.at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.
