Still waiting for appointment in hospital and funding for operation driving me mad at night cant sleep or pass a full day without discomfort. Not impressed.

Recent appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Waited two weeks for an appointment was told I needed a blood test the following week and then see the diabetic nurse, blood test was cancelled so both appointments had to be rescheduled, after I had booked time off work. Tried to book a medical for work told to wait for a phone call, still waiting 5 days later. Very very poor.Please show it.
