Now that I have access to the online portal it has made things a lot easier. However with the merge with other practices in recent years and doctors cutting back their hours due to pay threshold, and for health reasons and no new doctors filling the gap it's understandable why there are not enough appointments. However I like the idea that there are other options, such as 111, the pharmacy and now you can ask a doctor online instead of making an appointment.

GP was on schedule, gave information and advice before the procedure. Am nervous of needles, so he was very reassuring. He thoroughly cleaned and checked bottle and dosage before administering and informed me of potential future repeats of the procedure. Very satisfied with this visit.

I hate needles but the nurse taking bloods was gentle and kind.

The system of getting Appointments is dreadful. Especially if you are working with 1 particular doctor. Calling 8AM every day to be told none available and to call the next day and this goes on for a few weeks

My B12 injection was quick, on time and easy as I live very close to the surgery.

I attended Haywood Road surgery and they were very helpful.

I came as I have a problem with my liver and have been experiencing pains in my right side. A blood test was organised for which I have called for results to be told they were abnormal but not by too much so doctor has put no further action. I said I would like to discuss with doctor. I was advised no appointments were avail so go online to book at 7pm. Every evening for the last 7 days I have attempted this for there NEVER to be an appointment available. I an still waiting to try and book an appointment to date!! This isn’t the first time My family has had this issue. Something HAS to be done about the availability of appointments. It’s an absolute nightmare trying to get through to book the appointments as the line is either forced busy and cuts you off or your number 15 in the queue. This surgery hasn’t always been like this, it wasn’t this bad even 2 years ago but it’s getting impossible! This is a great surgery but some very wrong decisions have clearly been made regarding appointment booking within the last couple of years and it desperately needs reviewing.

Checked in with computer and was seen on time.

Although my appointment was just for a dressing to be changed, I have no complaints about my treatment, it was carried out efficiently and sympathetically, and the practice nurse was very patient with her answers to my questions.

Really impressive. The signing in on the computer informed me of which waiting room, how many were in front of me and how long I would have to wait. I have nothing to add except wonderful.

Quick and easy. Dr Ola is very kind polite and professional. As is Dr Shepard.

Very satisfied with everything at the surgery. Needed to be referred and had a phone call with appointment the next day. Doctor easy to talk to.

Blood test appointment was good, in earlier than time, Mrs Jane Groves was friendly and extremely efficient.

The recent service I received from Kingston crescent was excellent. Probably because the Dr was a locum. The asthma nurse was also excellent. The Dr took me seriously and arranged for me to see the asthma nurse and I am finally getting help with my breathing problem.
Previously I have had to see nurse practitioners, who I believe are working beyond the realms of their limited knowledge. They did not take me seriously and fobbed me off with a cheap inhaler and could not get me out of the door quick enough. My lung capacity is poor. Would it be as bad as it is now if I had got help sooner? I will have to find out. The nurse practitioners just say come back if you need to knowing it is near impossible to get an appointment unless you are a regular.
The receptionists are sour jobsworths. The last thing they want to do is give anybody an appointment. If you want to be a receptionist all you have to do is be able to say no.
As usual everything comes down to money and doing everything as cheap as possible.

Dr Swindles is an amazing doctor and she made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. I was absolutely pleased to meet her and thankful that we have such kind and caring doctors.

Very helpful staff and my visit was quick and easy.

Practise nurse was very kind but was unable to help me regarding my Diabetic question.

Doctor was quite abrupt with me at first about our 10 minute slot but once I explained my issues she seemed to understand.

Had some minor surgery done to my face, was put at ease by Dr Monnery and the nurse helping him.
They explained what they would be doing and about the after care. Surgery was done very well. Was also offered some booster jabs. Very pleased with the service.

I have always found any contact that I have had at the surgery with staff to be excellent.
