This appointment was excellent, I dropped in for a vaccination only waited 5 minutes or less before being called in and it was administered quickly and painlessly.
It's a pity that the three previous attempts were unsuccessful, twice I waited over 40 minutes and eventually ran out of time - not really what I'd term 'drop in'! The third time the surgery was closed - 2 pm on a Wednesday - you advertise as being open then!
I'd also mention that on arrival for vaccination I'd been advised I needed I was informed that I also need a further two separate ones. If I hadn't dropped in, when/how would I be informed of these additional ones; I doubt if I visit the surgery more than once a year.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you waited twice for "over 40 minutes" for your vaccination. We offer a walk-in service for vaccinations in order to best meet the needs of our patients. There can, however, sometimes be a delay depending on the clinical demand on any given day. We run immunisation campaigns throughout the year to ensure that we offer our patients the best possible care, meaning that reminders are regularly sent to our patients. When you attend you will be offered any further immunisations if these are clinically indicated, which you can choose to accept or decline. We provide on-going training for all of our staff, this includes the closure of our sites one Wednesday a month, this is advertised at each site and on our website.
