Was 3 minutes late due to a late taxi. Went to check in using the digital display and it wouldn't let me, I then waited in line for over ten minutes to speak to someone at the desk and I was told that the doctor has marked me as did not attend. The receptionist said she would send the doctor a message to see if she could still see me. After 5 minutes passed I was informed that the doctor said no. The receptionist then publicly asked me what my problem was to which I told her but was rather embarrassed. She rather smugly advised that I call NHS 111 because they were closing for the afternoon therefore couldn't do anything for me. NHS 111 wanted me to go to my doctor's, and guess what, they were closed. The system is flawed. I've never experienced such a mess of a surgery in all of my life. Why are we being sent to nurses for problems that need GP level qualified staff to handle. Sort it out!

Thank you for your feedback. With any late arrival the final decision on whether the patient can be seen is with the clinician and this will be assessed on an individual basis. Our reception staff do need to ask questions to establish where to signpost a patient. You can request to speak in private if you prefer as separate rooms are available, however we are sorry that this was not also offered to you. We cannot offer an appointment if the surgery is closed, therefore the other option that you have is your local walk-in clinic or accident emergency dependent on your requirements. We will share your experience with our team and take learning from it.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that our patients want to be seen by a doctor often the need does not necessitate this and a Nurse Practitioner appointment is arranged. We would like to assure you that a duty doctor is always available to assist with a consultation where required. Decisions must be made to ensure that the relevant patients are seen by the relevant clinician.

Made an appointment over the phone for a Health Check for 3rd June 1:30pm. Arrived on this day and time to be told there was no appointment for me. Arranged another appointment for 10th June 11:05am to be informed that it was a fasting blood test. I wasn't told this when I booked the appointment, so I had to come back the following week 17th June 9:55am. Needless to say I was not happy with the lack of communication. Until now, I have been very satisfied with the surgery but very disappointed with this resent event.

Irregular itching spots

I booked to see a GP who I had never met a Dr Rumi Chhapia. I told him quickly that I believed one spot to be a BCC. He had a good look all round to check for more saying he would refer me to Dermatology at St Mary's as he thought the main one was a BCC. Before I arrived home appointments had phoned, so I phoned them back.

I was seen by Dermatology and booked in for day surgery. Being a quick healer my stitches were removed one week later by Lesley at Kingston Surgery. I had three wounds which are now healing nicely. Early days no results yet, but hopefully all removed and just BCC's.

I was made to feel like I was wasting the Dr's time having been referred back to my GP by Talking Change. The biggest issue at this practice is you can never see the same Dr and there is no continuity of care.

Thank you for your comments. We do, of course, recognise the clinical benefits of providing continuity of care to our patients and, wherever possible, we do provide this. However, due to the well-publicised increasing demand on Primary Care, this is regrettably not always possible. All of cour clinicians have access to full patientt clinical records which ensures that they can make properly informed decisions regarding a patient's care.

Thank you for your feedback which will be shared with our team. We are constantly monitoring, our staff levels and matching resources to anticipated demand thereby reducing the queues at reception. All our surgeries have self-check-in screens which are proven to reduce queues and we encourage all our patients to use this if possible.
