I filled in the form for an emergency appointment for my 5 week old baby, I had a phone call that day to book an appointment for 3 days time. 3 days time for a poorly 5 week old baby that has a temperature is disgusting, there is no duty of care what so ever.

Diabetes blood test

First Appointment with a Doctor

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Been with the Surgery since the closure of North Harbour, Cosham. First time managed to get a Doctors Appointment. Had two appointments with two Doctors, one after the other, why, I had phoned in with two symptoms. In the end the first doctor did the other appointment too.

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that you were appointed. Please note as a general rule it is one appointment for one issue, however, if the clinician felt they had time to cover both then I am glad they did.

When l was unwell at Christmas a couple of years back l was seen swiftly and referred to QA for an urgent operation. The whole team are friendly and efficient. Well done.

Fantastic support following abdominal pains

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

After the struggle to book an appointment my GP has been fantastic.
He listened to my problems as I am not a frequent attendant of the surgery.
My GP threw everything at me for testing and this has been conducted so quickly and results back in days.
I am still under investigation but pleased with the service and support so far scored 3 stars as I still don’t know what’s wrong but that’s not a failing of my GP just the time to process within NHS.
