After I sent my econsult, I was called by the surgery and given an appointment. The doctor was very knowledgeable and prescribed a different asthma inhaler. I can breathe easier once again.

Unhappy as to fill in forms when unwell to arrange a telephone call from a GP. However when I did get the phone call the GP guidance was reassuring.
