COPD Review With Health Care Assistant
This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery
My appointment was early, as was I, so I was seen early. Everything went well, but not heard about any subsequent appointment with the Nurse Specialist, who used to do the review. Fairly easy to make the appointment at the desk, but it was for a HCA and not a doctor. To get a routine appointment with a doctor can be very difficult as there are usually only appointments for Cervical Smears

Blood Pressure
This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery
Excellent, I approached the receptionist, explained that I had been advised by my chiropractor to see nurse immediately as blood pressure very high. She booked me straight away with the nurse, who saw me within 5mins of my arrival.
Due to work commitments I have had to rearrange my appoint several times, the young man who dealt with my call was very patient and polite.

Went to pick something up, came out with tetanus booster!

Very happy, went in to pick up a blood test form, receptionist checked my immunity and offered a couple of immediate boosters. I had time so I stayed and had vaccination boosters immediately. Thanks, one less thing for me to chase!

I managed to get an appointment using the online system. This was simple to use. The appointment covered what was needed and as an added bonus the Dr gave me a tetanus injection.

All staff are amazing
This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery
The surgery is always busy, I do wish people would not get annoyed while waiting to either to see the doctor, nurse or other professional, and when waiting to collect prescriptions. We are extremely lucky to have such a brilliant team to help to keep us healthy. Yes I know making an appointment is difficult but I am sure that they try their best, and in any case, if a patient really needs to be seen, I am sure they are. In conclusion, our medical people who have trained for many, many years, (it is a vocation in life,) are a credit to have, and all the staff that keep the wheel turning are amazing, they have certainly helped me over the years, Dr Green with my mum, Dr Moat with a family crisis, Dr Ozzard with my sadly missed husband and me and Dr Kyd keeping me focused.

Cannot fault the practice
This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery
I was given an appointment with no problems for 9am today and was seen right on time. When the Doctor looked on his screen, it was noticed I needed a tetanus booster which he gave me.
I was also asked if I travel abroad and as I dove gave me a measles injection. I personally can't fault this practice.

Filled in online form which was very simple. Received a phone call from surgery the next day and was given an appointment for the following week. Much better than phoning in to try and get an appointment.
