Thank you for your feedback. We have invested significantly in our telephone system, which attempts to match capacity with patient demand at all times. There are times of day, however, which are busier than others and, during these times, it will be more difficult to get through. We do constantly monitor the situation and, if indicated, make further investment in our communications infrastructure.

I have always found reception staff to be very friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with any doctors. I like that the doctors now come out to call you and not just press a button to call you.

As a person who works full time I sometimes find it difficult to get an appointment with a GP that suits. Getting a nurse appointment on the other hand is always a lot easier. I use the app in my phone which I think is a brilliant idea for people with busy lives although this could be tweaked a little.

Dr. Mannings was very polite and efficient but very hurried and rushed which is understandable with the national shortage of doctors, so I'm concerned for their long-term health as much as my own. Pam is also very polite and efficient and puts me at ease when taking blood samples.

They do, however, work in what can, at times, be a stressful environment and have to endure unacceptable levels of abuse.
