I had an early appointment, didn’t wait long all good. Only issue there seemed to be a lot of people there earlier than myself who were missed, not a lot of communication to patients until someone spoke up!

Swift Service

I never thought I'd get seen this quickly by your team. I've told other people about my experience during that day and they couldn't believe it either! I went in for a cervical screening and ask about a lump on my breast. I was advised to use the anima system for an appointment. The receptionist taught me how to use it, she's ever so helpful and friendly. So I went home, put an enquiry in and 20 minutes later on I received a call back and already got an appointment just a little under 1 hour later. That quick! I went back, got me checked by this lovely nurse practitioner and reassured that the breast team is usually great at what they do and she referred me straightaway to a specialist. Probably less than an hour later, I got a phone call that a slot has been made for me. I am ever so thankful for your kindness, swift and very efficient practice up there. All the best to you guys!

We do not have the facilities to be able to contact every single person each week with results, we will however contact those that are needed.
