Trish is welcoming, efficient and friendly. I was seen in time, had my injection and left within 5 minutes. We had a bit of a friendly chat but not long enough to stop Trish from seeing others on time. Thank you!

Problems

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Whilst I realise it was not their fault that a power outage occurred, I find it unacceptable to know that the "contingency" plan was merely to say cancel your appointment and then phone to rebook as no computers were working. Why is there not a backup for this situation? I had brought my elderly, vulnerable father down from outside Portsmouth which is stressful in itself and to then face having to do it all again.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a very comprehensive contingency plan. Where possible we moved clinical staff to other sites and appointments, however, Kingston is one of our larger sites and with every will in the world we do not have capacity at other sites to move all appointments. We are sorry that so many patient's were affected.

Diabetes review

The diabetes nurse was very informative, gave me options of what was available, the possibility of side effects and then gave me a choice. Very positive experience. Felt a lot better about my current health situation.

I went for a full body blood test. It was on time and (almost) painless. Results were available on the Sytmonline website - for those who understand these things and a followup email arrived a week later with information about any treatment required.
