Surgery appointment /vaccinnation

I came to the Kingston Crescent Surgery for my vaccination which was given by Dr Philip Monnery, I’m usually so scared of injections, I didn’t even know when he gave me my vaccine, because I didn’t even feel the needle, he was very gentle and professional. Keep the good work, doctor!

Great care

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I have used the Anima and I find it really useful and easy to use. My needs have been attended to without the need to wait for a long telephone waiting time. Also, I would like to commend the Doctor I have spoken to and assisted me, very, very good and with great care. His name is Dr. Philip Monnery. He assessed me and I felt his great concern even if it’s just over the phone. You can hear the sincerity in his voice and even assisted me in giving me my son’s tests results. He goes above and beyond for his service. He deserves to be seen and commended for the wonderful job that he does. Thank you Doctor.

Lack of communion and delayed results

Still waiting, over 2 weeks for my PSA blood test result and for the doctor to review my results.
No email or phone call. Lack of any communications.
The receptionist couldn’t even tell me my results.
Quite important, seeing as I’ve just been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a "no news is good news" Practice, therefore in most instances we only contact with results if, further action is required due to the result. All results can usually be reviewed via the NHS App.

As in previous reviews, wish I could get an appointment at my surgery (walking distance) instead in the car, sat in traffic with no guarantee of a parking space. Not very green is it!

Thank you for your feedback. This particular clinic is set-up for contact via a time window, rather than a specific time. You would have been contacted that day by the doctor. We are aware that due to an administrative issue that this was not advised to some patients. We have ensured that this is being communicated going forward to prevent this issue.
