Copd review

Gill was very friendly, had no problems to report with copd, but when she checked my blood pressure it was high & she was quite concerned, made me promise to check when I got home & leave her a message. Checked & it was fine & I left her a message, so she could sign me off.

I struggle with being in medical situations due to my PTSD and your reception team aren't very clued up on communicating or working out if someone is struggling, this may come with experience but still maybe do some training with them

Very good. I drank enough water so they could get blood out this time, as before I didn't drink enough water to have the blood test done, but did this time explained what was happening, the nurse was very kind and helpful

Quick to be seen and problem handled efficiently

Very easy to book online, was seen quickly, problem was taken seriously and was sent for further tests very quickly.
I also was offered some overdue vaccinations as the clinic had the facility for me to be seen straight after my appointment.

ECG routine

Fair. The operative/nurse could not get ECG result on computer. I was told I'd get the results on monday instead...or book another ECG at Kingston.
