Thank you for your feedback. Some reviews are straight forward and may seem quick, however, blood monitoring is a very important and should be done regularly to ensure your are monitored at least annually.

Thank you for your feedback. Access will always be an issue as on the whole demand is higher than we can safely offer. That said since moving over to Anima we hare receiving much more positive feedback on the access available. We are in the early stages of the new system, please bear with us and we are confident that access should improve.

Welcomed by the lovely Jackie who made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Explained everything in my language and agreed an extra thing to improve my health. Pleased with outcome and she was able to give me the answer to a long outstanding matter at the hospital.
