First appointment

This is a review for Sloan Dental Bishopton

I had an appointment at Sloan Dental Bishopton this morning to register with their practice. On arrival I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionist. I met the Dentist called Kevin who also put me at ease as did his dental nurse (sorry I didn’t catch her name). As this was my first visit I was nervous however, there was no need as I had my teeth checked and cleaned along with X-rays done without any hassle and I felt no pain. Thank you again Kevin for putting me at ease.

First consultation as new patient

This is a review for Sloan Dental Bishopton

I was very impressed with all the staff I met on this my first appointment. From the friendly welcome from the receptionist to a very informative consultation with Kevin and his dental nurse, everyone was very positive and reassuring. The examination was very thorough and the explanations of likely procedures required with options, was most helpful. This is just the start but I am confident that the treatment suggested will be undertaken with great professionalism and courtesy.

Really good

This is a review for Sloan Dental Merchant City

As usual, experienced really good, polite service from the receptionist who took time to enquire how my day had been and was exceptionally kind.
Also when Aileen took me through to the treatment room she was so considerate, remembering to ask about my grandchildren and made me feel at ease. Not many people do that these days and I really appreciate that. The treatment procedure went well and she and the dental nurse were so kind despite the fact that when my dentures were out I must have looked like the painting of The Scream but they carried on with my treatment and made me feel at ease. Overall my experience was really good, well as much as going to dentist can be! Would really recommend Sloan Dental to any of my friends. Thank you so much to Aileen and her kind team.
