Took time to explain everything

Customer service, my own dentist is on maternity leave, was seen by another dentist. She was amazing, took time to explain everything, her care didn’t go unnoticed - much appreciated.
Have never received that beforehand.

All very good. I arrived five minutes early and was taken almost immediately. Quick procedure (check up and X-ray) then explanation of X-Ray etc.

I was very impressed by my Dentist as he explained all the procedure in a way I could understand clearly and took time to answer any questions I had, this made me feel at ease and relaxed.
It was a pain free and stress free experience and I’d say the best experience I have had at any dentist.
