Explained everything to me

This is a review for Sloan Dental Merchant City

Aileen communicated well and explained everything to me. So far the practice have been transparent about costs, and the costs are reasonable for what they are doing.
Aileen has been flexible with the treatment schedule, ensuring that I am not left unable to eat solid foods for too long, which is important to me as I have an active lifestyle and physical job, and further dietary restrictions would be difficult to manage.
I was given an appointment for checkup the day after I registered. No long waiting lists or anything like that, which is great. They have also followed up on everything they said they would do.
Overall I am satisfied with this practice so far.

My son got a filling today. The staff are all lovely and he was taken really quickly, the best dentists I know and I really appreciate the care they give to my son who has disabilities and is wheelchair bound, they make him feel at ease
