My crown came out and I phoned for appointment, I was lucky and got a cancellation. Scott was excellent and explained what he was doing throughout my time there. Always professional and friendly staff who make you at ease, would highly recommend Sloans dental practice to anyone.

They were so thorough

I am a very over anxious patient at the best of times but knowing my usual dentist was on leave made me feel 100 times worse. There was absolutely no need for me to worry. Lesley & Gemma were amazing, I very quickly felt at ease & all my 30 million questions were answered with kindness and patience. There were some grey areas on the treatment I would need & they were so thorough with the checks & just as well causeas the issue was a wee bit worse than we thought. My daughter was in after me & again they were both absolutely fab with her, took time to make sure she was comfortable & happy to have her check up. Lesley even noticed something on her tongue & asked me lots of questions & gave advice which is more than any of her Drs have done in the past. Thanks so much
(I put 3 stars for the waiting list question but that’s only cause I’m a nervous wreck & the waiting kills me but fully aware of the ties with waiting lists and things)

Exceptional

This is a review for Sloan Dental Bishopton

Through consultation with Grant, it was established that 1 upper rear and 1 lower rear tooth be removed as a longer term benefit to dental hygiene. This was due to their limited use and would benefit the maintenance of the others. Every detail was explained and the process itself was pretty straightforward and quicker than expected. Later on there was a slight unexpected issue with healing but popped back and Grant fixed the problem there and then. Exceptional.
