Thanks for everything

This is a review for Sloan Dental Carfin

Phoned reception and was dealt with promptly and professionally by a very knowledgeable member of staff. My son was then seen this morning by a dentist. She immediately put him at ease and explained everything really clearly which helped him understand what was going on. Keeping in mind that 2 years into a pandemic, we were nervous about bringing him. It's really a new experience for him, he was too young to remember coming before. She really was super with him and we really appreciate it. Thanks for everything.

Katrina squeezed me in at the last minute as I had to get work done for my daughter's wedding in 10 days time.
As usual, she was lovely, as were all of the staff, full of smiles and chat.
Her work was excellent too, thanks for taking the time to give me a nice smile for the big day Kat! I would highly recommend Sloan's Dental to anyone. Well done to the whole team! 👏👏👍

Was happy with treatment but costs seem to have risen since I last had a filling. This is a post from last time I paid a visit but it looks as though I hadn't sent. This was about a year ago. The filling came off for the second time after a week. I didn't get back to complain as it takes months to get appointment. Had my 6 monthly yesterday and thought I'd have my denture looked at as it was becoming slack and thought just a wee tweek here and there it would be sorted. It cost me over £28 for a filling. I had mentioned to dentist when I say down that previous double attempt on a different filling had fallen off after a week or so, but this was not taken into consideration for this visit. I feel more than ever in recent years that I am a customer rather than a patient!!
