The kindness of Scott and the dental nurse during the procedure. I’m a very nervous patient which I’m sure must make their job very difficult. Scott talked me through the process, which made me feel a bit more relaxed about the work which needed to be done.

So friendly, caring, polite

This is a review for Sloan Dental Merchant City

I have been registered with this dental surgery for about 30 years with a previous dentist whom I trusted implicitly. When Kieran retired I was so pleased that all the original staff were kept on as they have always been so friendly, caring, polite and courteous. Since meeting Aleen Sloan, the new dentist, she has made me feel at ease and today I had my first "treatment " i.e. 2 fillings. Aileen carried them out professionally and confidently which helps to begin to build up my trust and confidence again.

Made me feel at ease

This is a review for Sloan Dental Carfin

How every member of staff treated me. Made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door, The care they show, how the dentist and her assistant will tell me what they're doing and when they're doing/going to do it. They will stop to ask if I'm ok instead of just doing the full treatment from start to finish as if they're working on a doll, like I have experienced from most other dentists iv been to.

Respectful of my particular needs

This is a review for Sloan Dental Merchant City

I was recently able to have dental work carried out, two years after an accident in which I broke my neck, lost my sight and sustained facial injury resulting in extensive nerve pain.
The practice staff were both helpful and respectful of my particular needs especially as we were in the midst of a pandemic.
