Warm welcome

The warm welcome from the nursing staff and general cleanliness of the clinic. The minimalist furniture and decor are lovely.
I was very impressed by the use of IT in gathering medical details before attending my appointment and the prompt reply to my request for an emergency appointment online. In summation, great staff, great hygiene, great use of IT.

The staff are very friendly and efficient to ensure covid precautions were being implemented. I felt very safe and the surgery was immaculately clean. Scott was very understanding and talked me through my next procedures; showing empathy and understanding. I have been a patient since Niall opened the surgery and my family and myself would not go any where else.
