I was in a lot of pain and was seen quickly. I needed to have a tooth extracted and as a nervous patient I was terrified. Grant and Rachel done an amazing job calming me down and making me feel at ease.

I guess the staff are doing their best in the current climate. No chatty, smiley receptionist and that's what we have always been used to at the practice. Instead face masks and it feels like your being escorted in and out with doors being locked. Covid is even ruining my feeling of being at ease at the dentist.
