They go above and beyond

This is a review for Sloan Dental Bishopton

I am writing this on behalf of my husband who has been a patient of this dental practice for as long as I can remember and cannot recommend it highly enough. Treatment is second to none and staff are very professional, caring and attentive. They understand the needs of each patient as individuals and are there to help in any way they can. In relation to myself they are supportive of me particularly in relation to my husbands health issues. They go above and beyond and provide a service that sadly is lacking in some other settings/professions.

I had an excellent experience once again. In spite of dentists on holidays — therefore being a bit short in staff available, they did their best to accommodate my urgency and within 24 hours of my initial call, they booked me in and solved my problem in the most gentle and nicest possible manner.

Have been attending the clinic for a long time now and always had an extremely positive experience due to the friendly nature of staff. Also in regards to dealing with questions/queries the staff are highly informed and supportive (throughout the clinic). So the 'treatment pathway' and 'information pathway' are very top quality.
I do really recommend it to everyone.
I would give a very high mark, due to professional service.
