Jaclyn - gentle, informative and supportive

This is a review for Sloan Dental Bishopton

I phoned at 9.30 as an emergency and was offered an appointment for 10.15 due to a cancellation. This was my 1st time meeting Jaclyn - she was gentle, informative and supportive as she knew I was nervous about my visit and having a tooth removed - as was the dental nurse, whose name I don’t know, sorry. I can honestly say from someone who has a fear of the dentist l’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Emergency appointment

This is a review for Sloan Dental Carfin

I called to get an emergency appointment due to toothache. Rachel answered my call and was very lovely and attentive and got me an appointment that day. I didn’t catch the dentist who attended to me but she was very friendly, gentle, and sympathetic to my situation. Overall, while the cause for my visit was unpleasant, the care I received made it so much easier.

The staff go beyond my expectations every time I visit

This is a review for Sloan Dental Carfin

Visiting a Dentist, as you know can be stressful, but as soon as you walk through the door at Carfin there is a friendly calmness, I put it down to the smiling faces and caring attitude from the girls on reception. I feel I get special treatment, then you realise everyone that comes through the door gets the same welcome. That’s not just in the reception this emanates throughout the practice, I feel confident that I’m really getting cared for and looked after when I’m. sitting in “the chair” I have total confidence that I’m
getting the best treatment available. The staff go beyond my expectations every time I visit.
