My son's almost 4 years of treatment at Trinity House has been nothing short of life changing for him - they have given him a smile! The service and care from all the team has been exemplary, we cannot thank everyone enough, particularly for safely continuing his care through the difficult pandemic times. 5* service, treatment and result! My experience through out has been really good, from getting my bite plate fitted to having my braces fitted and removed. My teeth are perfect now and I’m glad I’ve been very patient with them! Having my braces has increased my confidence a lot so thank you!

Staff were quite abrupt when we first started coming - they didn’t introduce themselves or explain. That has improved since Covid - we are very pleased with the treatment and results - thank you.

Efficient service, I found the appointment system very useful in terms of the next appointment booked during the visit to enable us to plan around appointment times.
Also, his teeth are amazing! Such a great job.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Daughter felt at ease. Phones were sometimes busy to get through but that seems better lately. Covid prolonged daughters treatment but very satisfied with service.

I explained the the receptionist that my teeth had moved since wearing braces. When I got to my appointment, there were rushing. I explained my teeth had moved and asked for advice on how to get them back straight. The nurse wasn’t sure why I was there, it had been noted that I was there for a review when it wasn’t the case, I wanted a consultation on how to fix my teeth. I’ve paid £200 for retainers, unsure if this will straighten my teeth or just keep them in place. I was left unsure if my teeth would be back straight or not.
