The receptionist Jo is so lovely and comes across that she genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond for you and you can tell she knows her job role in the greatest detail.
The assistants in red scrubs who talk to the patients whilst waiting for the Orthodontist to come round are so genuinely lovely and help keep the patients at ease and feel more comfortable.
The male Orthodontist has a fantastic sense of humour and clearly knows his profession to a high standard.
Thank you Trinity House, it was well worth two years of treatment!
