Umar Ali Ajmal is an amazing carer. He's super reliable, professional and really caring. He always makes sure I'm taken care of and actually listens to what I need. He's so respectful and friendly, which makes me feel totally comfortable. The care he gives is top-notch, and I'm so thankful for his help. I'd totally recommend him and Watra Care. I'm really grateful for everything he does.

I cannot give enough praise to a very professional hard working young man. Ali Hasan has an exceptional high standard of work. Always happy to help and is always ready to go above and beyond. We are very blessed to have him attend our home. Watra care have great staff. This young man takes pride in everything he does. The care and dedication given to our father is exceptional. Excellent service received from Sangeeta from Watra care. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness & care she showed to my uncle & auntie. She always had their best interest at heart. My first impression of your company wasn’t good but having your carers coming in 4 times a day. I soon changed my opinion. They are warm and friendly. Always with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I especially want to give credit to two carers who came to two main carers. Rene and Myra. They became more than just carers, they were more like friends.

To all the carers that have cared for my Mum, thank you so much for your care, you have all been brilliant, you do an amazing job, and if we don't see you again we wish you all the very best for the future.

I'm writing to thank you for the care you provided for my Mother. Mum has now died but the kindness and efficiency of your staff was a great comfort to her, and to my brother and me. All your staff were courteous and kind, but E and S really stood out to us. They were simply excellent, so kind and loving.

My family and I would like to send our heartfelt thanks to you and the whole team for the outstanding care you have given to our mother over the past 5 years and in particular, this last year when Mum's health and care needs changed so rapidly. Your exceptional and dedicated team of carers, in particular E and S, who have been with her the longest, have gone way beyond the call of duty to meet Mum's care needs, respecting the way she liked things done and supporting her to retain her
independence in as many ways as she could for as long as possible, whilst skilfully navigating all the tasks that were needed in such a kind, caring and loving way. We really appreciate how you all responded over the last few weeks by working such long shifts and coming in on days off at short notice to help Mum and provide the continuity of care that she needed. Thank you too for all the help, support and guidance given to us to meet our needs, particularly over the last few months. You have all been so responsive to sudden requests for additional care, and have been patient with our indecision over what package of care would best meet our mother's needs in our desire to continue to be caregivers too.

Watra Care looked after my parents for nearly a year. In all regards the care was excellent, the management were extremely helpful in setting up and monitoring their needs.
The carers were attentive, respectful and kind even when my mother's dementia made her a difficult client.

From our first meeting, I knew we would be on to a good Caring company. Watra Care has provided a 1st Class care for my Uncle who was a palliative patent. The carers was always sympathetic gently with him always taking time to sort him out. The Lovely ladies carers always professional pleasant, smiley when they entered the house. We all became friends. Sadly my uncle passed away. Our family would like to thank you all.x
