Mom's Care
The difference between Watracare and moms previous care company is like chalk and cheese, I wish I could name and shame the other company, but obviously I can't.
Within 2 days of Watra taking over my 98 year old mother had a smile on her face, properly washed and handled, her hair cleaned and brushed, and even a bit of housework done to make her environment more relaxing.
There is always a downside, and in Watra's case its the cost, but its worth it to make an old woman's final days more pleasant.

Care for Mom
The day my Sister and myself and Family made the decision to initially use Watra care for the Overnight Waking Carer, then as time progressed to having a live In Carer was the Best Decision we could have made especially at that time we didn't know how important it would be to have Mom and Dad living and supported in their own apartment during this Covid pandemic crisis.
Elaine has become like a member of our family, she is just a Blessing for Us all, not only does she support Mom, she keeps Us informed on what`s going on, which has been hard for Us during Lockdown as we haven't been able to physically see them. OpenPass is great as we can keep an eye on the things we are concerned about. Mom and Dad have accepted her and as Mom says they all get along nicely. Thank You Watra Care.

The person being cared for was very difficult due to Alzheimers, carers were not always able to do everything required but they did all that they could under difficult circumstances.
