Very happy with carers
Very happy with carers, always very helpful and willing to do those extra things when asked.
When you speak to the office they always listen and resolve any queries.

I started with a Thursday call and the carer I have is excellent. Punctual, polite, reliable and helpful.
She works hard and knows her job well. So I then requested more help for a Monday.

They understand my needs
The carers are well turned out in smart tunics and jackets. They are effective, efficient, cooperative and friendly. They understand my needs and take direction well.
The office is helpful ensuring I get support at times and level needed.

Care At Home
It is early days for my parents. Three weeks in and they have coped reasonably well with the change in having carers visiting them in their home. My mother loves it but my father is a work in progress!
As I am at work, I have been unable to meet the daily carers yet and unfortunately my parent's short-term memories are poor, so sometimes they can't even remember if anyone has been in.
The supervisor, Cynthia has been extremely helpful and professional at all times.

I have found that the Carer that was appointed to me has been very good. We get on well which is important as I have personal care. It is difficult when I have another carer to cover holidays. You do try to do your best in the provision of care.

The carers respect my needs
The carers respect my needs and are cheerful and friendly. They are very professional and work hard. They are clean, wear uniform and understand hygiene . I wish the office would keep me notified if a carers are running late as I can be anxious.
However, they are very helpful when I ring them and understand that there are times when my bookings have to be changed, they deal with that pleasantly and always ensure I have the support I need.

A very caring provider
I have a girl each day for company and doing any small tasks I may need such as taking me out shopping occasionally and making up beds when I have visitors now and then.
I have always been extremely grateful to the girls who come and see me and I look forward to their visits.

Watra has a pleasant and caring team who are always patient and understanding with Mum, they send supervisors out regularly to check on carers and client. I work and when needed they are always flexible and try their best to cover when needed even at short notice.
Mum always has the same carer and on the one occasion another carer came in to cover she was very good with Mum too.

Care at home - utterly reliable
We have had one carer both live-in and visiting to help my father with daily care - Layla. She is very caring, willing, cheerful and utterly reliable.
