We used you for over 3 years for 24 hour 7 day a week care in the home for my Aunt. During the time, we had one main carer Razya (Laila) and she became one of the family, her care towards my Aunt was outstanding and she was a true friend to both my Aunt and our family.

Razya (Laila) was with my Aunt when she died and she gave comfort to my Aunt in her last few months and we would not of been able to of kept my Aunt at home if it was not for her.

Our family owe Laila and your company a huge thank you for the care they did and we would recommend you to anyone looking for care.

A 5 star review. From first contact your care team have been attentive and understanding. They carried out a good initial assessment which gave me a good impression of the team. They matched my temperament and needs with the skills of a select few of their carers who formed the core of my daily needs.

The carers who have been out to me have been professional, caring, understanding. All of them have good skills. I am very impressed by the carers and office team and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to find care for themselves or a family member.

I have a carer 6 days a week. My sons live abroad and they very kindly arranged for me to have your care. They have been coming to me since around 2015 as my husband was taken into care.

Since the beginning I have always been pleased with the girls, they are all very nice and I look forward to their visits.

On behalf of the family, I would like to express out heartfelt thanks for the support we have received over the past three years. When we realised that Mum and Dad needed regular care we asked friends for advice and one of them suggested we contact you.

We have certainly not been disappointed with the service. The care workers soon got know Mum and Dad and developed a rapport with them. Often they could get Dad to cooperate where others had failed. They fully appreciated the problems but they always treated our parents with respect.

They were able to diffuse a situation, particularly when Mum could not understand why they were there and told them that it was her job to look after Dad. It was particularly pleasing that they undertook various tasks around the home often without being asked.

They have all been really helpful and it is difficult to single out any one of them. As a company you were always ready to find a solution to any problems. If we needed help with getting washing to and from the launderette it was quickly provided.

They kept the number of different carers to a minimum, important for dementia clients. When we asked for additional assistance, particularly at short notice, they always seemed able to provide it.

When Mum was suddenly taken into hospital they soon had the necessary extra care in place, even to the extent of overnight cover for Dad. The lengthy support provided int he days immediately after her death made life so much easier for all of us as it gave us the chance to get the necessary funeral arrangements and Dad's move to a care home sorted out so much more quickly.

I would certainly recommend your are to others who need to provide care for a love one.

We are absolutely delighted with Leila's care for my Dad. She is just wonderful with him and I feel so comfortable and safe that she is there looking after him.

It has taken a great weight off my mind to know that he is safe and well looked after with her. She is a credit to Watra.

My daughter visited you initially to check they were appropriate. My care has been delivered well since they became my care deliverers. l have had the same carer for years until recently.

Friendly and flexible.

I am providing the review on behalf of my Mum who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. The carers visited Mum during November 2016 through to early January 2017. She then had a fall so had to go into hospital and so the care with you stopped.

Owing to her deterioration (she is now bedridden) her care is now provided through non-private means. However, during the period of your care, the carer always came on time, was friendly and helpful. It enabled my Mum (and my Dad who is Mum's main carer) to get used to the idea of carers helping her.

I found myself at crossed purposes with the company manager a couple of times, but the carers were good and the care supervisor was excellent.

The staff were friendly and helpful always trying to arrive on time. And you always tried to keep to the same staff, so my Aunt got to know them and they weren't strangers in her home.

You looked after my father for a year in 2013/2014. They were fantastic. They came 4 times a day, never let us down, cared for us as well as my Dad.

My Dad loved them all. We couldn't have coped without them. The main carers were Mick Michelle and Heidi. Two of them came to his funeral.

We were very grateful to them all.
