I would like to pass on special thanks to staff member Natalie, specifically for raising the alarm during her visit last night. She was very caring and managed single handedly to undress and help help him to bed and importantly took the initiative to immediately raise the alarm.

By the time the paramedics arrived he was extremely poorly and we are very grateful to her for having the presence of mind and confidence to make the difficult decision. She then also took extra time, late on a Saturday night, to remain and assist until the ambulance was on the way.

Well done and thanks from us all.

Our thanks to the carer for all the care and support she gives my parents. A hospital visit is always a challenge but her calm and professional approach made everything run smoothly.

She gave Dad clear instructions of what was required of him, so important when having Vascular Dementia and yet at the same time treated him kindly and with respect. This in turn took a lot of pressure off me.

My father has Vascular Dementia and no two days are ever the same. Moods change and have to be dealt with. The last two days have been very difficult with Dad not wanting to get out of bed and not wanting to talk to anyone.

The carers acted in their usual professional way with respect, kindness and patience. This was not only with Dad but Mum also. They kept me informed of what was going on and they are never in a rush, listening to any concerns I might have.

Dad's carer did an amazing job, just got on and her attitude was outstanding. We would be happy to receive her again as she is hard working and very pleasant.

I have for a considerable number of months had Elaine who has been most reliable, helpful and adaptive in carrying out all duties cheerfully and well. She uplifts the spirits with her positive attitude.

I need to put on record just how amazing, caring, compassionate, optimistic and wonderful Leila has been not only to my Dad, over the past two or three difficulties but to our family.

She is truly a real credit to the company and we feel truly privileged and blessed she is looking after Dad at the moment.

She had a wonderful positive outlook and a great sense of humour all of which helped Dad enormously.

I am most grateful to the kind gentleman who arranged for Ms N.H. to break into her holiday to do some very necessary shopping for me.

I cannot fault the care given for my disabled son. Carers very patient and understanding of his needs.

They also know that they can contact me at any time if they are unsure of something to do with my son.
he has got to know his carers very well and can relate to them easily.
