Bluebird care Bromley
The meeting today with Laura and Leah was wonderful and they put my mind at ease with so many questions that I had regarding the live in care arrangements being negotiated for my Aunt.
Their whole approach was very professional and I feel so much more confident now about the next phase of care required by my Aunt.

Light touch heavy load

As I’m living in Cyprus I depend on B’s carers more than most. Kayleigh his main carer helps me a lot sorting out different things that I would have done for him. If Kayleigh cannot help she will contact the office and the problem is usually solved by them. When B’s alarm failed recently when he was having an epileptic fit, Daphne contacted the the relevant people and complained on B’s and my behalf and I’m truly grateful for her help. I’m very pleased with the overall service provided by Bluebird especially Kayleigh.

Carefully consolidated advice
A very helpful team during what is a difficult time. Very good communication and advice given to me and my family about putting support in place for my parents. A good listening ear and plenty of empathy, which is what we needed in such challenging circumstances.

Bluebird Care
I've been a care assistance for 3 years now with bluebird Care. They have truly been wonderful and supportive throughout. The training is excellent as well. Management have been wonderful and always supportive when you need them at the end of the phone, in person and in an email. I enjoy being a carer for Bluebird. I am very proud to be a carer and working for them and I've got some wonderful clients who are truly amazing themselves, I like to listen to them and the stories they tell me from back in the day, during the war etc: when I go in to their homes, I introduced myself to all my clients, we have a chat, make a cup of tea and biscuits or cake, also complete all tasks that need to be done from personal care, medication administering, shopping and even taking clients to appointment's or garden centers etc...

Clients health and well-being is paramount
Their professionalism, nothing is too much trouble for them. A friendly atmosphere between clients and their carers is what makes it different from other care agencies. Clients health and well-being is paramount.
