Friendly, professional and regular help
My husband has regular carers who all act professionally, with courtesy and a friendly approach. We rely on their help and this enables him to cope with increasing dementia and great mobility difficulties. It also gives me, his wife, peace of mind. I also learn from our carers and am able to assist them as they work. I am better able to cope with his needs as a result of their experience.

Excellent provider
Carers are well trained, empathetic and efficient and have become members of my household - really like family. My husband has very complex needs, which could not be readily met in any other setting. They have a genuine and warm human touch, and treat him with dignity, friendliness and respect. I am a member of my local Parkinsons group, and always recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for care.

She really looks forward to the care team arriving
I wanted to say that I was really happy with Vera and Barbara the care team – when I read the feedback on OpenPass they do a lot for her and I can tell my mum really appreciates their visits, as she just get a bit lonely during the week at times and really looks forward to the care team arriving.

A big help and reassurance
I am very happy with the support I have received from the care team and the office staff. Nicky is a brilliant coordinator, even with last minute extra calls the team is able to accommodate my request. This has been a big help and reassurance to myself to know my husband is safe and has the care he needs.

Rosanna has been excellent. Whilst I was at the hospital with mum she undertook a series of household tasks to help mum when she get home. Also she was a great support accompanying me to the hospital later.

I am very happy with the care that the Bluebird Bromley team provide for mum. Nickesha Anderson is brilliant. She listens, cares and acts promptly at all times. All of mum's carers are exceptional, her main carers are Zehra Hulusi, Debora Loveland and Amber Harty. I wish to also acknowledge Vera Snow, who mum also speaks highly of. They are warm, caring and efficient in their tasks. I know mum feels secure and cared for. And this gives me a real peace of mind seeing that I live in Canada and can't pop across the ocean at the drop of a hat! THANKYOU everyone!
