My experience has been great and given me and my husband some independence back. Ian and my husband get on really well and he looks forward to his day with Ian. It also gives me one day a week to myself. The service is exactly what I was looking for. I can also see a difference in my husband and his well being. All the staff are friendly and efficient.

Palliative 24/7 care at home for my late mother.
My mother was diagnosed with a high grade brain tumour and declined very quickly. It was the family's wishes to get mum home as soon as possible. Bluebird Care were outstanding, they dealt with our unique situation with the urgency that was warranted and with such kindness and empathy. Clare B the field care supervisor and Krystal the accounts manager arranged care so quickly and supplied us with two beautiful Carers. Joan that covered mum's first night home and spent the night lying beside her and then dear Rhoda who became our rock and spent the next six days with mum until she sadly passed. I cannot express our extreme gratitude enough, mum was looked after above and beyond the remit and Clare was always at the end of the line or popping in offering support. You all made our darling mum's last week on earth the best it could possibly be and we will be eternally grateful.

The carer tried really hard to make Mum feel ok this evening - playing Sinatra music etc. All your carers are lovely but it makes me feel so happy knowing that some are prepared to go the extra mile to make Mum happy too. Please pass on my thanks.
