Acts in my best interests
M is an experienced care provider with as you know, a strong caring background, I am fortunate to have her support and her unfailing good humour. She is observant and does not hesitate to give a balanced and acceptable view of her impressions. She is friendly and easy to relate to. She always acts in my best interests. She is familiar with my medication and takes careful note that timing etc is observed. I cannot speak highly enough of her. I gain the impression that anyone covering for her has been well briefed.

Extremely caring provider
We have been cared for by SD Care for over 2 years and during that time the standard of care has been excellent. We are told of any changes that are being proposed and asked for our comments and suggestions. The knowledge and experience of all the carers is exceptional and communication from the office is timely and well-given. I would thoroughly recommend this provider to anyone seeking help.

Helpful and supportive
My experience of SD Care has been a group of very lovely, helpful and supportive young people. My husband and I have become so fond of M and Z, absolutely nothing is too much for them and they are a very welcome sight to see in these dark days. M in particular is so very respectful. Thank you to all at SD Care.

Diligent and caring
SD Care at short notice were able to offer overnight care for my terminally ill partner. The two carers they supplied were kind, diligent and caring and made my partner very comfortable in his last days. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic!
We have regular carers that come 4 times a day and all I can say is that they are absolutely fantastic. They always arrive with a smile on their face and are all so kind, caring and compassionate. They make such a difference to both me and my wife's lives. Our heartfelt thanks go out to them all.

The overall quality of the care is of a very high standard. The care is tailored to the individual requirements of the patient. The patient is the most important person and the focus is on that aim. The patient is not expected to do anything they do not want to do. The carers are experienced and good at finding solutions. They are patient, caring and professional. They also take a personal interest in the patient and get to know them and their needs. The general ethos of the company lives up to its mandate: caring with dignity and compassion.
