I miss A, she is the best carer I had so far, but she is no longer around. K is also fine. I like L, she is funny, she thought I was 67 years old, in fact, I am already 87 years old so I like her very much!

My carers help me enormously after I returned back from a very big hospital admission. They respect me on the things I like to do for myself and they are also very encouraging. I am able to access outside and do not know what to do if I were without my caring carers.

M is brilliant. She is my best carer. G, E and S are also good carers. They all help me with my needs. They are mostly on time and tell me if there are delays, usually due to traffic. My carers help me to be comfortable and have respect. The office is always quick to make sure just in case I have any complaints, I know where to call. Thank you.
