Absolutely helpful!
The carers are nice, polite and absolutely helpful to us, especially to my husband. I cannot do so much without them. Helping my husband with personal care, helping him to exercise while playing his favourite music. Our carers are absolutely brilliant.

First-class!
I remembered clearly one day, I had a bad dream, I dreamed of my late Dad, E held my hand as he saw that I looked scared. I felt comforted, he is an ace, a first-class for me on that day. We are also very pleased to see R back again, after some time. They all have a good sense of humour. They always make sure that I have sit-down conversations with them, I find conversation as important as physical care.

Excellent service! 5 stars!
In the beginning, the house of my brother-in-law was such a mess but B did an amazing job after she came to his care. We appreciate that B keeps updating us all the time. V and E are brilliant too, however, B is five-star, we know that J is very responsive to her and communicates with her, we are seeing so much positive improvement. There is continuity of care. Our carers really know J and what they are doing and do not just show up but are actually very caring.
