Competent, experienced and skilled staff, a supportive and reliable manager. When there is a disagreement among staff and colleagues, the manager will always be there to listen and intervene when necessarry and sort it out among the people involved. The proprietor and the registred manager are always ready to go on the field or support anyone regardless of what position they hold in the company. Needs and wants of clients and staff are being heard equally and it may be difficult at times to achieve it, but will always find a way to accommodate it. Management side, they are hands on and ready to take anyone who are willing to learn and gain experience in the process.
