My carers are brilliant, it is good that I have them most days, much better than it was before. They always show my dignity and I enjoy our singing and they take instruction from specialists like speech and language therapy. And we work as a team. I would hate to lose them

Every visit, the carers went above and beyond to make sure they were meeting all of my Mother's needs and requirements, all whilst treating her with the utmost respect and dignity and showing overwhelming compassion for her and the other members of the family. I cannot thank them enough and the agency that provided these two incredible people. They made the end of my Mother's life more comfortable and happier, and for that I will forever be truly grateful.
