Professional caring team. We are all extremely happy with the outstanding care provided by this agency's staff. They are all exceptional with the care they give to my mother, father and extended family involved in mum's care. The team are always cheerful and happy and calm and professional. They keep a close eye on Mum and are quick to fill us in if they think there is a problem.

A very caring provider. SD Care Agency are conscientious, caring, cheerful, friendly, kind, professional and meticulous with their client's needs, cleanliness and nutrition. The company believes in the importance of clients receiving care from the same carers and my relative has a main carer and regular carers who fill in for the main carers when she is off - this achieves excellent "continuity of care" and keeps my relative happy and comfortable, even on those days when life is difficult for him. His life has been made brighter with their visits which always enhance him both psychologically and physically with useful suggestions made to make life easier for him - he enjoys the social interaction too. They have turned what was a very difficult diagnosis for my relative into a happier experience. Hats off and a thousand thanks to the team, especially my relative's main carer.

Extremely caring and understanding. SD Care have been really caring, kind and understanding of my care needs. It is good to have the same carers visit and they all do their job in a very professional manner. They take the time to sit and chat and cheer me up on days when I am feeling low. It is the first time in my life I have needed carers and I feel extremely lucky to have such a caring team looking after me.

Brilliant
How do I explain what I think of Mirela, 'Brilliant' is a word near what she is. She is always the same, has a very bright attitude, very dedicated to her job to provide the best she can for you, has gradually developed routines to her visits and there are never ending suggestions, shall we do this, to making things better, in a word as I said she is brilliant.

I am very satisfied with the care
I am very satisfied with the care I receive, especially with my regular carer. Most of the time I feel she is more of a friend to me than a carer. I am very comfortable with her and she knows almost all my needs before I ask for it. I just wish that my visit time could be early than usual but my care provider explained to me very well their current challenges so I understand.

Excellent care provider. The carers are well trained and compassionate. They are adaptable to changing circumstances and deal well with the patient's mood swings. They are very good at communicating with patients and relatives and make sure that we are always informed about everything. I have had a number of discussions with the office staff and found them to be very helpful.

Carers, nearly all of them, concern themselves with the well being of my wife, their client. The company and their staff make every reasonable effort to provide a good and consistent service given the very difficult problems of the current epidemic, the office staff are also helpful, but the carers are almost all prepared to go the extra mile to give assistance.
