M is very good. She helps me a lot and is very patient. She never rushes and when she is finished with her tasks she always stays a bit longer to have a friendly chat.

I like my new carers although I can never remember their names. They come to see me four times per day and never miss any calls. Sometimes they are a bit late but it doesn't matter, I knew they got stuck in traffic. They are very good, thank you!

I like having regular carers because my eyesight is very poor and I get used to the 'shape' of people. I know who they are by the way they talk to me.

The problem is always with my memory,
