SD Care are very professional, excellent at communicating and really do care about my parents welfare and comfort. They make it possible for my parents to stay in their own home and stay together which has always been their wish. I want to pass on my sincerest thanks to the team of carers who looked after my husband in recent weeks. Although they were only calling for a few weeks I cannot thank them enough for all of their care and support both to my husband and me. Kindness and courtesy of all the carers
We have been impressed by the kindness and courtesy of all the carers we have met and M is treated with respect and is handled gently and safely. Everyone makes a point of greeting him and saying goodbye. Any issues have been resolved amiably - usually caused by misunderstanding or different ways of tackling things. It would be good if the last visit of the day could be a bit later but probably not possible with your schedule. The night care has helped hugely and it is comforting to know M is in safe hands while I get some rest.

SD Care continue to provide an excellent service to my father, C and gave me so much reassurance. It's lovely having a regular, Maria. She always comes at the same times which are good times of the day for me and C. Maria's communications to me are excellent so I feel confident that I know of any problems immediately. C is very happy and I am so very grateful for the lovely care he gets from SD Care and Maria. Thank you to Maria and SD Care - I would definitely recommend SD Care to anyone in need of care.
