My carers? The best company
Since I was a child, my learning disabilities have always represented a challenge and now that I am an old lady, I still struggle with the simplest tasks of my daily routine. This is why my carers are so essential to me. They don't only help me a lot but they also teach me to help myself. I am very happy with them, because they never patronise me, but always involve me in the planning of my care.

D and L are very good carers, they work well with everyone. L is very conscientious and responsible. She ensures everything is done properly. D goes above and beyond everything required. Very Reassuring
My neighbor suffers from dementia and from severe depression. In spite of her refusing personal care, the lady who looks after her always does her best to make sure she is always properly dressed and washes. Knowing that someone reliable is around is very reassuring for me. Ever since SD Care staff ahve been here for her, the house has been clean and tidy and the fridge fully supplied. Thank you so much!

My carer reads me like a book
My care giver has a character and I so love her for this. When you find yourself bound to a wheelchair for 20 years it becomes really difficult to find a reason to cheer up. The carer is to this day the only person I know who manages to make me laugh. She is my very salt of life, my reason to smile and she makes me feel like I still matter after all. With her I feel understood, she reads me like a book, thank you.

A new life - thank you SD Care
My carers are much more than health care assistants to me, they are my eyes, my legs, my arms and my ears. Due to my deteriorating mental health, I used to be forgetful and tended to feel lost and disorientated all the time. Thanks to SD Care, I don't have to worry anymore about my physical well being, they do everything for me! All I have to do is focus on my recovery and on finding some peace of mind.

They always know what I need
Life can be really tough when you are bound to a wheelchair and have to rely on other people's help. Thankfully, I found the team at SD care who are always ready to support me without even being asked. My carers know what I need at all times. I went to visit J today and was surprised to see how much she has improved since she left the hospital. Can do attitude and fun
We cannot see enough of our carers. Since C and M have been around our lives have definitely changed for the better. My wife has been able to finally get some proper rest not needing to nurse me 24 7 anymore. My night carer is fantastic, he makes me feel alive again, he keeps my spirits up with his humour and has never made me feel like a burden.

I really get on well with my carers
I am almost 90 years old and I have needed support for a few years now. After trying several agencies, I finally discovered SD Care. My carers are all reliable, always on time and well presented. Never take my carer away from me
I have been diagnosed with my condition at the age of 27 and since then my life has changed drastically. Today I am an old lady and my health has deteriorated considerably to the point that I dont know what I would do without my carer. Calls are never missed
I am very satisfied with our carers work. The agency did several assessments before starting to look after my wife, to make sure the care plan would be made to suit our particular needs. Reviews are carried out regularly and the care plan is properly kept up to date. Calls are never missed and the carers are always on time.

Like part of our family
My mother is so fond of her main carers and when she is alone she keeps asking for them. The care givers have become part of our family and it is really reassuring to have them around. They know my mum's preferences and always help her making decisions without being invasive.
