My husbands carers are absolutely amazing. We are impressed to see how some people who have never been part of our family before have quickly become so keen on us. We were so sorry to see them go at the end of the care plan that we decided to pay privately for some extra hours.

I am so happy with my carers especially M and D. They take such good care of me, bathing me and feeding me and doing all they can to help me. My carers are my friends, they show real interest in my well being. The field supervisor is always interested in my needs as well. Good team, well done.

Good at what they do
I am pleased with the care my mother receives from her carers. They talk to her and are friendly. They come when they are due to. Always polite to her. There are always ways to improve in most things but I think they do a pretty good job which is certainly not an easy one.

They are always thorough, reliable
I have found the SD Care team & Field Supervisor to be extremely professional and very caring.
They are always thorough, reliable and very good at visiting my parents at regular consistent times of the day. The Field Manager has taken a lot of time to get equipment and Social Services to provide necessary extra time for my Mum's care in particular. The Field Supervisor was very supportive and calming to me on the morning of my Mother's death a couple of weeks ago.
SD Care are excellent at communicating any needs or concerns and keep me updated regularly on my parents conditions. Even though my Dad is now alone at home I feel reassured that he is in excellent hands with SD Care.
I would highly recommend SD Care to anyone in need of carers, they have taken away the worry and stress of having very elderly parents living in their own home and cannot thank them all enough for everything they have done & continue to do.

The carers are amazing
I would like to give you my feedback on the care you are providing my mum. First off I would like to thank you for all the care you have given mum I could not fault it. The carers are amazing taking their time on each call even if they have other clients the carers always make sure there is nothing else mum needs before leaving. They make mum feel safe and she trusts them and so do I which is very good as I'm due to go back to work soon and I know that I can do this without worrying if mum is ok. The most important thing is that carers do not rush and take their time not having an time limit of how long they are there with mum having the right training on how to move mum and using the equipment is just as important and making sure she feels safe and secure enabling mum still to remain in her home so massive thank you to all that help look after mum.

The four carers that we have regular are good at their job but also have become good friends. Nothing is too much trouble, but my wife feels comfortable with them, if they are running late for any reason they will ring to let us know the time they expect to arrive.

David (Brooklyn) and Laura, who were the main carers, were fantastic in care, kindness and respect towards Heather including Myself and Richard.
She fought till the end and was not prepared to give up to say the least, still asking for the time of day ! but the last few days were not good for her and she finally slipped away early hours of 16th May. Dave & Laura are a credit to your company.
