Very caring carers
SD Care are very professional, excellent at communicating and really do care about my parent's welfare and comfort. They make it possible for my parents to stay in their own home and stay together which has always been their wish. I can't thank the carers and Silvia the manager enough for all their help and support.

Caring and compassionate.
The 2 carers are extremely caring and compassionate. Very professional and communicate with me brilliantly. They give me peace of mind in a very difficult and emotional time. Manager Silvia is excellent at communicating too.

Excellent, thoughtful and kind
We are very fortunate to have a regular carer who is excellent, thoughtful and kind. She was a qualified nurse in her own country which means she is partially clinically up to date. My mother has complex cardiac problems which makes her very ill some days. Sometimes the additional carer is not always as up to date.

We are glad to hear your carer has been doing an excellent job and has been kind and considerate. Some of our carers are registered nurses trained to have a better clinical eye than others. All our staff however are instructed to do their best at all times which may include referring patients to tihrd-party health professionals if necessary.

I have found the staff employed at SD to be very kind, I feel unhurried when showering. On one occasion the sling was incorrectly placed, it might be useful to double check before action takes place. They prepare my meals well. They are always on time, they are happy to chat as time allowed. I have used this agency since I have become in a nursing home.
