The carer is absolutely brilliant. Initially I did not want a carer but now I am extremely happy. Her personality is lovely and she likes her job. She allows me to be me, she does not over power you and gives me independence. The things I find difficult, she does for me. I cannot recommend her enough. The office is very accessible. We have had SD Care for over a year now and one carer has been consistent in caring for my sister in law. She is very kind, efficient and cares in a very professional but personal way. My relative trusts her and a good relationship has been built. Holiday and absences are covered well.

A lovely lady from SD Care visited Mum in hospital and me at my mother's home to create care for her at home. The carers come 4 times a day, they are compassionate, caring and give Mum dignity at all times. SD Care visit regularly to see all is well and communicate with the family quite often. I cannot fault the care package and the wonderful carers they send to care for Mum. The support for her and for us is first class.

Competent and caring
Based on only two weeks experience, so far I am more than satisfied with the carers. My wife's regular two carers are quick and competent and they take time to reassure her and to inform me of what they are doing and how best I can manage my wife between their visits. They, and their alternatives on their days off, are unfailingly pleasant.
