Excellent care for my husband
The care my husband received was excellent. First thing in the morning they took time and and care and he looked a different person when they left. The room was left clean and tidy too. Visits were mainly on time (traffic). I found four visits a day hard to get used to but was really necessary when my husband became so ill towards the end of his life. I now miss seeing the carers as we became great friends. An excellent company.

SD Care Agency
I have been with this company for almost one year now, after two others, and have always been treated with the utmost respect. They put themselves out to try and put you first. The carers are looked after as well as they can, as like family. I have recommended the company to other people. If you try to ask them for certain things, like constant carers, they try to do their best if at all possible. This is a nasty place to be in but with their help I can just about cope. I and my family will always be grateful.

Great people, great carers
SD Care really helped us when we had to take care of our father following a stay in hospital. As can often happen with hospitals he was ready to go home all of a sudden and we found ourselves unprepared to care for a fragile elderly man. The staff met us at the weekend and arranged things very quickly, within a couple of days, so that he could come home on the Monday. The care they provided was fantastic, going out of their way many times. We felt completely reassured that he was in great hands, safe and secure in their hands. This allowed us to continue working and to lead as normal a life as possible when caring for an elderly family member. I would highly recommend their services.

I have known and worked with SD Care since 2013. I have always found the team very helpful and professional. They have often found us care staff at late notice which can be a challenge. Professional care
We would like to express our appreciation of the professional care provided to our friend. Whenever we visited we were given a warm welcome and the carer was always prepared to sensitively update us with her frail condition. The carer gave her supported words and did her best to engage her with activities appropriate to her state of health. She was always very professional and we noted that she kept careful notes, her concern for our friend was shown in many ways right up to the final hours when she was feeling breathless.
