We have had S D Care Agency involved with Dad’s care since earlier this year and we cannot praise their team highly enough. All the team are incredibly kind, patient, professional and efficient, especially Mintraa, Elmer, Alex, Nandica and Nester. They always go out their way to care for Dad with a gentle touch, cheery disposition and friendly banter, which he loves and as a family, we enjoy too. They have been like a team of guardian angels for us all at such a challenging time and we couldn’t be without them now.

I am absolutely over the moon with my lovely M, who comes to help, and she is absolutely brilliant, she is a 100% plus.
She is very good and I am absolutely pleased with her. I couldn't do without her, she is absolutely marvellous.

Thank you so much A for your quick and extremely helpful intervention. When my 96 years old mother had a fall and used her red alarm button for paramedics assistance, you are the only person nearby that appeared to assist her.
While my mother is a very happy customer of SD Care, your individual attention showed compassionate care over and above the call of duty.

My carers are good
I feel supported especially from V. She is very good to me. They help me to make sure I am clean, I have food, drinks, and I have taken my medication.
The management is also very good, they always come to me whenever I need support meeting the social workers, occupational therapists or district nurses.
