I was unable to shower on my own before the arrival of this agency, so I was so grateful for this service, even when I do not think I need anything doing, the carers suggest things they can do for me.
My main carer who helps me shower is L and I feel very confident with her.

I have had an excellent team of carers, most ex nurses staff, who are observant and if necessary, offer sensible advice on medication.
I have very good rapport with my main carer which eases my day.

Very pleased with the care
My father and I are very happy with the care we have received over the last 7 months. We have our regular carer M, she is excellent! She gives high quality care to my Dad and he enjoys seeing her.
She is a good communicator and her support in all aspects of care for me and my Dad have been invaluable. We see reguler cover nurses for when M is on holiday or day off. These nurses are also excellent and are the same cover nurses.
I have recommended SD Care to social services when they asked about our care. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased and impressed with SD carers attitude and calmness, and how efficient and reliable SD care handled my Mum's recent fall in december which got her admitted into hospital. SD was so calm and never left my mum's side, informed me about the fall and promptly called the ambulance and regularly followed up. I am very grateful. I am very happy with the continuity of care by sending the same career which my Mum built rapport with in the last few weeks. Thank you SD Care, You are truly amazing.
