We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for our mum.
Right from the start, Nicky from Lillyfields was so easy to work with. Just the right balance of informal and friendly yet at the same time very professional. Nicky very quickly understood our needs and most importantly mum's needs, and found us carers who could made us feel confident and in safe hands.
I honestly don't think we could have managed to keep mum at home without the support of Lillyfields, and she managed to maintain a lot of independence, which is what she wanted.
Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly, very experienced and helped guide us through mum's final months. I felt a huge weight off my shoulders once we had a live-in carer, and I would definitely recommend Lillyfields to anyone looking for live-in care for an elderly parent.

I highly recommend using this company. My mother received an excellent service that was cheaper than other similar companies.

We have been using Lillyfields Live-in care for about 18 months. Lillyfields has provided a few different carers during this time to cover breaks for our regular carer. Of course, some carers have worked better than others, but all have been professional and kind, and most of all have been a friend to both mum and dad. They have provided a safe environment for my parents. This was to look after both my parents. My Dad passed away about 6 Months ago after having struggled with dementia. And we still have the same carer looking after my Mum. It was important for my parents and for us that they stay in their own home for as long as possible. Lillyfields facilitated this and gave us peace of mind knowing that they are safe and looked after.

We have received excellent service from Lillyfields. Our regular carer had to leave on short notice and Lillyfields filled the gap while she was away. I would recommend them if you are looking for full time care.

We had a emergncy situation arise where we needed care at short notice for my mother. We contacted Lillyfields. and within 48 hours of our call my mother was out of hospital and receiving fulltime care. I can highly recommend them.

A live-in carer was the right decision for us, and Lillyfields has been very helpful in resolving a few minor issues at the beginning. My dad seems happy with his two carers, who rotate due to quite a high workload, and is now much more interactive as a result.

Lillyfields have been providing me a Carer for the last 4 months. He has been very good, helps me with getting out of the house and shopping. I have regular meetings with Lillyfields to make sure I have the correct cover when I need it.

May I say on behalf of my sister, she has received first class service from your visiting staff. They have been excellent in helping her in so many ways. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Very thoughtful, kind carers who have been with my father in law for two years now. They provide home cooked food every day, with plenty of variety and patiently help with feeding and personal care.
The manager has always been available even at weekends and emergency cover always provided despite challenging conditions sometimes. When circumstances are difficult, we have been able to talk through options.

Lillyfields have provided an excellent service to my Mother. We have used large live-in care companies in the past, and it was quite refreshing to use a smaller company this time. Nic came out to meet us at the home before introducing some carers for us to choose from. And the carer we have has been great.

Demir arrived with short notice to cover whilst my dad's regular carers were away. He is kind, gentle and very patient. We'd have liked him to stay longer but he has to return to his regular client.

Lillyfields Live-In Care have provided excellent care for my elderly mother for the last few months, their appointed carer Tracey is kind, caring, reliable and attentive, in not the easiest of circumstances for her to manage. We children are all very appreciative. The back office administration is also handled well. I would highly recommend based on our experience.

Spoke to someone at Lillyfields that helped me through the various optional available, they now look after my mother and we are happy with the service.

We got in touch with Lillyfields for our son who has a brain injury, they helped us by getting an appropriate carer with relevant experience of the right age.

Great service and reasonable prices, will certainly be using Lillyfields in the future

I called Lillyfields 5pm on a Friday when our original carer went off sick and our previous care agency could not provide cover in time. Lillyfields managed to get a carer to my Mums house by 10pm that night and one of their managers came to the house first thing Monday morning to setup the agreements and do an Assessment. I highly recommend this service to anyone requiring 24 hour support.

It has been a very positive experience having live in care support with C. Although C is able to attend to many aspects of her daily routine such as washing and dressing and making tea and a snack there are many aspects of daily living which we often taken for granted but make up many aspects of our day to day living
In C's case such as making appointments, using the phone, attending to emergency situations or general situations such as telephone lines going down, not being able to get the internet working, difficulties being able to organise shopping. C does not have local family. Prior to having Live in Care, C would often need help on a daily basis with such aspects which could be at any point in the day. C’s only way to communicate would be through e-mail (as she is deaf) and often she would have difficulties with the computer. Having a live in carer means there is someone available with flexibility to support for C whenever a need arises. This has had a positive impact on substantially reducing levels of stress and overwhelm for C and having someone available to support and attend to needs.

Overall we are happy because we are lucky enough to have two good carers who work out their own shifts and length of stay.
The office staff are nice but we never hear from them and never receive any communication.
I did have to complain once earlier in the year because a new carer turned up and we had no idea who she was - we had been expecting someone else. To make matters worse I had to go and find her because she was lost - no one brought her to the house.
We are not sure when the last spot checks were done as we have not been told.
